Fairly clean place with lovely view of the mountains. Immaculate double room, lovely beds. Fairly clean bathroom with a bath. Appetising dishes, very central location in the Cape Area. Also - close to Franschhoek centre and all the wineries, Franschhoek at La Fontaine and the Franschhoek valley or even South Africa.

The staff was amazingly attentive, helpful all the time. The whole room was well presented and had a fireplace and a writing desk. The breakfast I had was extensive and freshly prepared with local homemade jams and delicious brewed coffee.

Loved a dressing area and a writing table in the room. Also, location was marvellous and stunning, relatively close to Huguenot Monument. What's more, it was very close to all the best restaurants and of course the wine tram, complimentary port, and all local markets.
